Michigan is quickly becoming one of the nation’s largest brewing hubs, and Kalamazoo’s Bell’s Brewery tops the list when it comes to popularity. Last week a group of Town Center residents paid a visit to Bell’s main brew station in Comstock to learn a little about the history of the company and process by which beer brewing occurs. While touring the plant we were fascinated to discover the methods by which beer is flavored and brewed, and enjoyed some delicious samples as well! We undoubtedly gained a heightened appreciation for the brewing industry.
